LAU proposes ‘staggering’ fee increases

 

"Under a newly proposed Land Use Assumption and Infrastructure Improvement Plan, fees in the City of Buckeye could skyrocket, the largest increase reaching 8,623%. At the Oct. 15 City Council meeting, council members were presented with the first draft of the LAU and IIP proposal.
